I once rebuilt my 250 Ford engine one time and it's a lot of work. First, you have to take the engine out and pull all the pieces out. Then, you must take it to a machine shop and have the pistons machined and bored out. You will also need to take the head in and have it machined, too. It's a ton of work and I suggest that if you want to do it right, you take it to a shop that specializes in this. It will also take you less time, too, and you won't need a lot of extra equipment.
