Are re-makes a good thing???

This topic seems to be on everyone's tongues and all are ready to give an eye and tooth to speak or debate on the same.Whether it is Don, Umrao Jaan or the upcoming Victoria no. 203, do we really think re-making these classics with an added jazz of music and technology really makes for an interesting watch ?

Watching re-makes is very interesting because I am eager to see what are the improvements or light changes they have done. Then we are given the chance to watch the competition in acting,using technology,presentation between the old and the latest. I think we are interested in it because we naturaly want to watch the competition. Anyhow re-makes make us pleasure !
