tiring work

what makes us really tired,is it the volume of work we are required to do or the stressful situation in which we are required to work?

i think that volume of work has a less probability rather than the atmosphere in which your working. it is just like a that quality food is always good rather then quantity of food. unless n untill the atmosphere around you where you are working is not pleasant then less volume of work will also make you feel tired.
