will water be a scarce resourse in the future?

I dont really se how, I mean, think about it. consume all the water you want, run it through any system you like - its going to come back out the other end in one way or another. It re-enters the water cycle and hey presto - more water. Water Rarely actually leaves the planet - so its not going anywhere. The only problem at the moment is that rain isn't failing where we need it to - doeant mean its not there
