i think juice is better than soft drinks especially if they are 100 percent pure juice. Soft drinks are caffeinated and not too good for the body.

I choose juices and water. It has been 4 years now since I have drank soda. I don't regret giving it up at all

Im really a MILK drinker but.. on occassion I will have a Soft Drink.. Its usually COKE.

i like soft juices because cool drinks may spoil ur health. try to avoid cool drinks as possible.
