Health tips for BIG EATERS!

1)smoking a stick of cigarette after a full meal is equivalent to smoking 10 sticks..coz your lungs works double time to absorb oxygen to help your body to utilize fats to generatye energy to digest your food 2)standing after meals tends to divert blood circulation in your lower extremities impairing food digestion 3)unbuckling your pants after a big meal increases the danger and tendency of your intestines to be entangled....share your health tips so that others may know!more to come from me!
