Most of the movies have poor visual effects but there are some movies with great effects . Whitch are those?

i can't remember which movies have poor visual effects. maybe some of the philippine movie about fantasies are poor when it comes to visual effects. best in visual effects- let's see, matrix trilogy, lord of the rings, star wars (best ever!), men in black, independece day, armageddon, volcano, harry potter and many many many more.
