conversion kit for 2003, Dur Max diesel w/6 speed transmission

This Chev. 3500 1 ton truck has a plastic slave cylinder inside the transmission that keeps going out, (every 10,000 miles)does any one know of a conversion kit that will do away with the plastic slave cylinder. and maybe there is an older clutch and fly wheel with a fork that can be installed, any help will be deeply appriciated.
