It is an excellent idea for both parties should the marriage end in death and divorce. It doesn't necessarily mean that one doesn't trust the other. In prenuptial agreement, you should be more careful to protect your interest.This has nothing to do with the trust or the lack of it. It is the common sence and beneficial for all parties concerned.
