yes.it is not possible for a child to be a indian citizen if he/she born in Hyderabad/pakistan.

Hyderabad or Hidarabad (Telugu: ?????????,Urdu: ???? ???? ) is the capital city of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. taken from wikipedia.org ..there is another place, a town, also in India..just like to point out. anyway, the child isn't an Indian citizen if both grandparents weren't born in India and parents weren't naturalized Indian citizen, or similar case.. just my guess because i don't know the laws in India.. i'm not an Indian.
