Licence to kill? Who will u kill?

If u are given licence to kill, who will u kill? I think everyone in the world hate someone or the other and they always wanted to get their hands on. If a official licence is given and if u can kill only one person in the world, who will it be.

Let methink.... yes if i get the liscense to kill one person then it would definitely be my younger sister... i would kill her if once more she'll roll across the bed and enter my domain when i am sleeping with her.
