CSS browser support

Internet Explorer 7.0 doesn't seem to be that good as they tell!! They can't handle CSS 2.0 well enough! Even Firefox doesn't support all the features of CSS 2.0.... very disapointing... I use mostly Firefox and it works fine, but now with to CSS issue... The graphics performance isn't that good. So on my Mac, Safari rules and gives the highest graphical experience possible even with CSS 2.1!
