How Do You Forgive Someone Who Has Hurt You So Bad?!

I would love to know the answer to this one. I just found out some stuff that my first love did to me with the girl he is with now. His girlfriend was the one who told me that she hooked up with him while I was with him. I get more and more mad the more I think about it. I know I will never forgive him or her for it. She acts like she never did anything wrong even though she knew about me being with him. Oh well, she was stupid and had a kid by him and now he leaves her home all the time when he isnt working, to go do what he wants.

I can relate to your mother. My other half don't trust me and it's killing me that he don't. I've hurt him nad lied to him. I'm ashamed but were working things out. But again I can relate you you because now I don't trust my mother...

Well its your mom so your expected to forgive her mabey not trust her but you have to forgive her shes family.You wouldnt evan be here if it wasnt for her.Yea she messed up its human nature.And let me tell you Iv had many and I mean many family members that have done said or done messed up things.
