How to make a WEBSITE?

Many ppl said that make a website can earn money.
That why Im interested with it.But i dont know want to start from where.
I heard ppl said that website can be make by using Frontpage software but what i want to know not just only this.
I wish to have more detailed about how to put your well maked website in internet. Wat the cost for it ??
Need to register??
Oh ya Im from Malaysia, hope someone of u all are from Malaysia and are pro for this can help me.
And many many thing i want to know from creating a website.
If not from Malaysia i also willing to listen the suggestion.
Hope i really can own a website to earn money :)

please first take help from any website designer face to face. without any beginning experience u can't work here.

I do know some website designer but all of them only will answer me "no need practice just pay me and i will create it to use. they said it was very hard but i know creating a simple website wont as hard as i think. That y i want to handle it myself.

take any beginning html course. it will takes some dollars. but you must need some experience. i can suggest you to visit http://www.w3schools.com it is a good site for beginner. but i love or like to learn as a children. from book or via internet you can learn some code, but you cant apply that if you have not experinced.

In the Recommended Reading section at http://makebigmoneyonline.blog.com there are books by Holly and Rosalind which explain the website procedure in great detail. They even explain how to optimize your site for the best traffic rankings so that you'll be able to earn money with your site. Good luck to you and let me know how it goes.

there is little I know about making ur domain public which forms a major part of ur question..but if I am not wrong the main thing u want from ur website is to earn more money..and that u can do without having a new website..there are sites which allow u to create a homepage or ur own blog page..like geocities,blogspot and so on..so u can try them out..post the adds and start earning

though making a personal site is not that tough depends how you wants it can be a simple or complex one, but making money out of it may take some time as it will not appear in most search engines that quickly it takes a month or so to be among the top if it is properly made, and as for the cost it varies upon each company and the kind of hosting you require.

First of all you should plaan what you are making website for.
There are different things you can do and you can use free domain names and housting while there are some which should have a professional outlook and should be properly or paid registered.
Secongly the website should also match your products. It should not be too crowded. keep it simple because in the end the users only buy the services or products you offer, and they should easily find information on that

well 1st of all u need to learn frontpage.
and making a website is very easy job .. u can register ur website jst in 2-10$ max... for one year .. and u can earn money through ur website...its very simple

well you can use http://www.freewebs.com
its a nice Web page hosting that give you 100MB free space to poot stuff. well you can upload stuff but dont aupload the big one if you want upload big files use ripidshear.de
its easy and you will only put the link for the file.
the freewebs have its own creation system but if you know HTML you can mekte it in the HTML form.

yeah just use frontpage.
nowadays making or designing a website is not as difficult as the last decade wherein you have to be knowledgeable on html codes.
im planning to make my own website soon using frontpage.
