Will we be paid By Just Creating Topics??

I think its more on quality responses, and also if your topic that you create turns into a quality discussion with a lot of responses, I think that also counts.

I think you can get paid US$0.001 by posting the new good start discussion when some one respond to yours, but when you respond or reply to the other you get more than US$0.01

It is important to start new discussions that haven't been done over and over before. Check to see if there is already a post about what you want to talk about, and answer that one instead of starting another. Make sure your discussions are topics that can garner a lot of responses, because you'll make a little more. Also post quality responses to as many of other people's topics as you can. Post at least 3 or 4 lines, and make sure your answer really answers the question presented. Get referrals, and you can earn part of what they earn. And make sure you go into your friends' posts and answer theirs so that they will answer yours. Then both of you will make money.

I dont see getting paid for topics but responses and comments should earn something

You get paid more for starting quality discussions, especially if you can keep the discussion going with comments. I personally feel that responding to other people's discussions pays the most though (especially if your response gets marked the "best").
