I now live in an area that is pretty much devoid of great food, and it has been rough. I grew up in El Paso, Texas (chile relleno), and then lived in the Northeast U.S.A. (grinders, and lobster). I've traveled abroad and found smash sandwiches from France, schwarmas in Bahrain, and flying fish in Barbados, and loved them all. Is there any great food where you live?

You know, I've never had an authentic (in Philly) Philly Cheese Steak. If I'm ever in the area I'll make the trip.

Buffalo Chicken wings here. We are also known for our baked goods. How do they catch those flying fish anyway? With a net?

Yeah, its with a net. But the nets in the water. I saw the fish fly. I think they were being chased a baracuda. I have a lot of good memories of Barbados. The rum was great and super cheap.
