I a lot of hours to the day I before spend the pc is to the work that at home. To it a lot of internet pleases me and everything that it turns around the web

I spend hours but i take break in each 30 min.Because if u spend more time constantly that will affect your health.It can lead eye problem,lazyness and the most important OBESITY.
So spending hours in not good.Take break in between.
