How do you explain vampires, aliens, warewolves etc?

Do you think these things exist? How do you explain the many millions of sightings? There are so many of these things including ghosts, vampires, warewolves, aliens, the lock ness monster and bigfoot. I think they are real in some way...but I have never figured out a good explaination...what do you think?

Just like the human need for religion, there is a need in the human mind for supersition, the primal human collective took fear and gave it many bodies to live in , vampire, werewolf, Boredom, fear and superstitionetc.is the dna of many gods and monsters.
