Weight loss products?

What do you think are the best weight loss products? and do you think people should use weight loss products?

There are many things on the market that claim to help people lose weight but a sensible eating plan and a little exercise will achieve it anyway, without spending a fortune on some product. For a start eat lean meat only, plenty of vegetables every day. Also eat fresh fruit every day, drink plenty of water and avoid as much sweet/sugary foods as possible. I do not say cut them out entirely, but strictly limit the consumption of these things. Also do not drink things like coke because they are full of sugar. Exercise is easy for most people in that all they have to do is walk, and although the faster the pace the better, any walking is better than none at all. If you can do at least half an hour a day, that is good, but there is nothing wrong with 10 minutes if that is all the time you have to spare.
