The Pulsar was launched in India on November 24, 2001. Right from the introduction, the Pulsars excited segments of Indian youth, thanks to an aggressive, largely successful advertisement campaign and the impression of a powerful motorbike (in Indian context) at reasonable fuel efficiency and affordable cost. The famous 'Definitely Male' campaign of Pulsar might sound chauvinistic but has found takers motorcycle users in India, most of whom are men. The rather unconventional, rugged look helped in getting the Pulsars noticed quickly. Before introduction of Pulsar, the Indian market trend was towards fuel efficient, small capacity motorcycles (that formed the 80-125 cc (cylinder capacity) class). The bigger motorcycles from the 125-200 cc class virtually did not have a market demand. The Pulsars are believed to be greatly successful in redefining the market trend. Since the introduction and success of Pulsar, the Indian youth began expecting high power and other features from affordable motorcycles. pulsars r the best motorcycles available in india. they cover up in every aspect like mileage, power, technology, smoothness, etc. this is the perfect mill with blended goodies. we all love this vehicle and hope the best from bajaj. do u luv it?
