OK I DONT GET THIS ???...Teenage Pregnancy !!!

ok seriously i was just doin a report for one of my friends on the social, cultural and political changes in the world....and i cant believe at the rate of underage pregnancy ( usually in ethical terms considered being pregnant b4 the age of 18 )i knew this was like high in the US but now slowly its affecting even other countries too.....do you think you have any suggestions on this topic inorder to lower the rate of TeenPregnancy......

See, like any other issue no amount of counselling or advice can stop this damage. you can at most lead a horse to water you cannot make it drink. the person should know such immature acts of momentary pleasure is gonna give years of pain. I think widespread awareness about its consequences can somehow halt this... I don't know. may good sense come to them early!
