why we are joining an organization?

I think we have five major prospective behide it
1. We want higher growth oppportunity
2. We think salary is good according the job profile and will fulfil our needs.
3. Attractive life style.
4. Peers are of same age group.
5. Didn't get better job.

yes you are right deepak , main reason would be growth and high salaries . Peers are of same age group doesn't sound good now their is no difference in seniors and juniors in todays job .
