Call center or IT Recruiter! Which one should i prefer?

hi frens, i have two jobs in hand ,one is a post in call center (as customer service executive) and the other is as an IT Recruiter. i am not understanding which one should i join. i previously worked for a call center but never worked as a recruiter.which one should i join,please give me ur advise.

Initially u will have good money in call center but the lifestyle becomes very hectic and unbalanced after some time.u will have to work in night shifts As a IT recruiter afterwards u can opt for MBA and move to the HR field. In both the fields u have good career options.It completely depends on u what type of job and lifestyle u want

I think it would be better to join as IT recruiter as it is related to hr service, seems more prestigeous than call center customer service. Have fun n best of luck my dear!

Always prefer the IT recruiters rather than call centers even if u get more money in call center. You get more time free doma and the scope of expansion is very high in IT. BPO can be closed any time in next few years its not so reliable.

Call centres are not happy places to work and you would gain more valuable experience in the recruitment job. Even if you do not enjoy it, it will equip you to move on to something you prefer.
