greatest dictator world ever had..who?

who do u think is the greatest dictator the world ever had? i feel it has to be Adolf Hitler of Germany. but can we call him great in any sense? iam confused here. now the world thinks this title belongs to saddam hussein of Iraq. give me names of other dictators if u can.

Isn't that an oxymoron? To call a dictator great? Certainly the most successful one was Hitler. If you count killing 6 million Jews and a few others as successful.
You could make a case for Saddam. Or Pinochet. And of course we have the bi-polar midget in North Korea. It's a toss up I suppose and not something I want to talk about.
