just simply avoid it. Do not think of it, instead divert your attention to some very worthy things. Get help from those people around you so that they may help you. As for now dont hold any money, credit cards any stuff that can use or relate to casino so that you will not be tempted. It's all in the mind buddy. You just have to know how to control it. You see the devil is just around to tempt you. if you let him then he will succeed and your the loser in the end so fight him. Dont be a loser.

I also like to play poker. It is my favourite and of course that I am addicted. But till now I haven't lost any money. Hope that it will stay like this...
