Photo upload help

Can any one give me step by step instructions on how to upload photos into myLot? I know I have got some uploaded but that was a hit and miss piece of luck.

I only have one uploaded and when I went otdo another one my pics only have nos. on them so I really have to brouse to find another one I just follow what it says to do in here for an upload
