If you never heard about it yet, well here it is. Lose weight by drinking green tea and eating cantaloupes. Green tea goes in into your blood cells and destroys anything has to do with fat. Canatloupes burn 30-35% of that fat cells that you body contaisn. Drink some grape fruit juice, it has this strong acid thats burns the fat as well.
