What time do you usually sleep at night? I find myself sleeping late, lately, I get fascinated working with my computer, sharing ideas with mylot, It's 3am already and I do not yet feel sleepy, But tomorrow, of course, expect me to wake up late. Is there something wrong with sleeping habits here?

Since my childhood, I usually slept at 12am midnight. I am following my parents sleeping habit, means, when they sleep, I sleep at the same time too. When I was studying in university, I was staying with my friends. We usually slept very late. Sometimes, we slept at 2am or 3am. After working, I start sleeping earlier because I couldn't afford waking up late. But lately, after the Chinese New Year celebration, I start sleeping late again. I had messed up my biological clock and I find myself could hardly sleep when it's time to bed.

I usually sleep very late, around 4 am. Sometimes I just lay in bed and couldn't go to sleep. I just keep on thinking. It's like my brain wouldn't stop. I never get much sleep. I hope there is a way to cure my brain from thinking stuff.

I usually go to bed at 9pm on weekdays since i have to wake up at a very early time .But on weekends i go to bed past midnight and stay in bed late.I dont think there's something wrong with that sleeping habits as long as it doesnt affect your everyday activities. We all need a good sleep.

My son has gotten into the horrible habit of waking up right before I lay down for bed at 11:00pm. He then proceeds to stay awake screaming for no appearant reason and with no stopping until about 3:00am. I am usually then so tired that I can't sleep...has that ever happened to you? I hate it. So, I usually toss and turn in bed until about 5am-5:30am and then my son wakes up at about 8am. I am a very tired lady! :)

You have a very excelent reason for having a Iregular sleeping time, congractulation, I did not have the chance to experience what you had. Take care of him. Have a prosperous new year.

I've been staying up on the computer later and later each night. If you get involved with things then you will probably get energized. Try walking away from the computer earlier. If I turn it off around 8 pm and do something else, I will unwind and relax, and then I will be able to get to sleep. If I do stay up really late, I always get up at the same time (6:30 am) no matter what, and I won't take a nap. So if I stay up, I'll be punished by being tired all the next day.

as long as you get quality sleep that wont be a problem... just watch your posture if you are going to spend a lot of time in front of the computer

our sleeping time varies from night to night, day to day lol. Sometimes we're in bed early and getting up early. Most of the time its late when we get in bed and late when we get up. We love it most of the time though, it seems to fit us better.

I am a night person so when I'm not out somewhere, working, partying, or just hanging out, I sleep around 1AM or 2AM, earliest would be 11PM to 12PM. I just watch TV, surf, or read a novel while waiting for the Almighty Sleep to come around.
