Do you like the way you look

Most people want something about their looks to be changed. So if you had a choice, what would you liek to change.
I wish I was taller by 2-3 inches.

The only part of me I really don't like are my teeth. I didn't have dental insurance for years and they are in bad condition now.
I also would like not to have to wear glasses any more.
