We can never truely have peace. People will never stop trying to tell others how they should live, what to believe, how to dress, etc. We don't even have peace in families, let alone the world. Sad, but true.

hahaha ive been teaching the theory of revolution today and would argue that they are very rare, a revolution involvs the removing of those in power by those subject to that power, this has maybe happened once or twice in the last century, all the rest are just shufflings of elites. Where next? possibly cuba or kuwait would be my bet

I don't think it could ever happen in the US because as a whole people here are either too lazy to do anything or lack courage. They complain about it a whole lot but no one wants to do anything. And unless they declare nationwide Martial law I don't think there is anything that will motivate all citizens to revolt. And I think that it would be difficult to revolt in these modern times with all the satellites and technology that we have. IT would be over before it began.

I think we could just change our loose moral values and improve society

I think as soon as people wake up to what is happening in our supposed democratic countries and stand against those who are controlling us and making us live in fear. Up the revolution!!!!!

Exactly! They take away our freedoms in the name of "safety", when they only want to have more control over us. What we, as the people of the country, want means nothing to those in power.

I hope it isn't too far away.... Corporate power would be my BIG target, and the lobby system with it, and campaign contributions, and religion should be a matter for parents, not schools or politicians..oh and,....lol
