Do you rent or own your home? Which do you think is better and is easier to handle,buying a home or renting a home?

I was a renter for about 6 years. I just recently decided to move in with my parents and save for a down payment. It will be hard, but I think it makes much more sense to buy a home than waste my hard earned money on renting...

I have rented in the past, but to me there is nothing nicer than buying your own home, while sometimes still struggling to make ends meet, would prefer it this way.
