In a few days we will be starting a new year. I am determined this year to loose weight. I would love to know if anyone has any advice, or ideals. I am open to it all and just about open to try anything but the Cabbage Soup diet again. HaHa.

I know that you have it in you to do so, you can do it and remember stay active and never sleep after you eat stay away from the calories and pop drinks drink lots of water and more natural juices, low carbs and stay away from grease food....NO burger king!!!!!

Only dieting will not help reduce the weight. It requires proper exercises as prescribed by your docs after seeing the condition of the body. 1 to 1 1/2 hours exercise every day will keep you trim and may help you reduce weight. My wife was dieting and once a week she used to eat all her favourite food. As a result one week what was conserved is all gone in oneday.
