Hi how to make paypal account, how it works. I dont know much abt this .... Why should i mention any account no make an paypal account. Please tell me the detail.

To make a paypal account to to the website www.paypal.com.After that there is a free sigh column and select premium type membership.After that fill the form and give ur email.they will send a link to your mail just validate that.Your account will get activated.
