What are you views on the climate shift? Scientists have said it would take centuries for this to occur. Then recently it was reduced to decades. Now, scientists predict our climate could rapidly change within days! Scientists have been wrong before?

World Puzzle - World Puzzle
I agree that we are already seeing some example of this climate shift. The extreme cold/hot conditions and climate shift is due to the Polar Tilt and the Ozone Layer (probably directly involved). The first poster was probably right in foretelling it will bring some natural disasters our way. When the glaciers of ice are melting, the ocean will become much deeper, which will cause floods, at the very least. Land has risen up from the Ocean before, so it could easily go back beneath the Ocean line. The Ozone is what protects us from the burning star, which would otherwise burn us.(Sun) I think we will continue to see the affects of the climate shift and extreme weather conditions. Hopefully, people will see it as a sign to take better care of our ecosystem. We are polluting our air and water, killing trees, our rainforest and expending our natural resources. I can only pray that this new change will bring about some really important issues that people will have no choice but to address. Another Prediction: We will probably see the Earth go in full circle/cycle and people will grow into communities. We will barter and trade our goods and services, working together and caring more about the community's and the World's well-being than entertainment, money, image, and selfish behaviors. It would all be worth it : ) It makes sense to me but I realize I'm different than most ; ) Thanks for starting such an interesting discussion!

It is a suprisingly sunny 50 degree day today here in the U.S.A. Usually, this time of year is much colder (3-15 degrees) and snowy. This Winter has been more like Fall.

Thank you for your comment! I think winter has found the Frozen Tundra here in WI. The grass thats been growing the last few weeks *unheard of!" is now covered with snow and ice. Did you happen to notice there were barely any hurricanes 2006? Not that I think we need them, but its unusual just the same.

Today, there is an unprecedented low pressure system over the middle of the US covering four states. Very unusual, very strong. Another severe wind storm is expected into ireland. Snow in Israel! Dont think doom, think NEW, think CHANGE not the end, but the beginning blank slate fresh start who wouldnt want a fresh start? only if you're prepared
