when im bored I pick at my nails or even do it while watching tv unaware of it . I hate it because then my nails are icky. I have to leave socks on my feet and get acrriclic nails , sorry I misspelled that.

I get the feeling like nails scratching on a chalk board when I try to peel off my toe nails ;D
I have to clip them.
