Does anyone work as an Avon rep or Leader

Hi I just wanted to know is anyone out there working as Avon Sales reps or Leaders and are you enjoying the job? And for those who are Leaders how many reps have you got in your team and got any good advice how to find them?

I don't sell Avon but I do have a friend that does. I don't like to join any companies that I have to pay. I now join all companies that are free with no purchase minimums, etc! :) I am happy with the companies I am with too.

I did work as a avon rep a few months ago, but it turned into a big hassle for me!! Most people do like recieving all those boxes full of makeup and sorting them, but I didnt. I found that when I went to deliver those bags, most of the people would avoid if they didnt have the money!!

I'm quite lucky because I don't get people who avoid me but they do say can you come back another day I haven't got the cash which annoys me! But with all jobs you get your ups and downs! I love having my monthly wage which I get from my reps who are in my team, for doing nothing that what keeps me motivated!
