I have read this book maybe 10 years ago and then I found it again while I am cleaning and arranging my books and see what I can sell and what to keep. It's amazing that I rediscovered the power of this book just 2 months ago and very timely for my situation now where I am venturing into new business opportunities online. This book is really a good source of inspiration especially when you get discouraged and nearly quitting because things seem to fail or impatient to wait for the realization of your plans and goals.
One passage from the book: "Success comes to those who become success conscious. Failure comes to those who indifferently allow themselves to become failure conscious"Does this book have a positive effect in your life and how you deal with challenges?

This book is truly incredible. It gives you hope and reason to continue. We all at some point in our lives come to a pitch fork in our paths, where we are faced with choices. Sometimes we just want to give up...but it is best to change the way we view things. This book has truly been an inspiration for me. I wish you lasting success and happiness.

i think it has positive sides and negative sides, i have to read the whole book then i will say what i learned from it...
but it is true that success is for thoese who wants it..

Somehow, that is almost innate in some people that are successful. It is similar to the old adage that "if you want to be rich, stick with, work with, and act and feel that you are rich, and you will be rich one day".
Thus feeling successful and thinking of success in everything you do in life will make you successful. But success does not always mean being rich and wealthy. It could mean being content with one's life and achievements in life.
It reminds me of a similar book titled "The Purpose Driven Life" by Warren Smith, which tells of how to look at your life with God as the center of it all.

Thanks for the reminder - I have been meaning to read it and forgot. I just finished "100 ways to motivate Yourself" by Chandler which is also excellent. Also, if you are doing an online business, there are some excellent resources for driving traffic to your site at http://professionaltraining.mlmtrafficformula.com. Thanks for the resources. Reading is my passion and it pays well for me to read learn a lot from books I've read. I am venturing into online business and still finding my place here and willing to work hard to attain my goal. As what the book said, set a goal for the acquisition of money and you will acquire it.
But of course, money is not everything you have to keep your feet on the ground and take hold of the things money can't buy..Its not from the book it's from me :)

i never read yet this book. but i agree with the pasage of this book which saying that sucess comes to those who become success concious. in my opinion, it taught us how we should be optimism and possitive thinking in our daily activities. its little bit ignorance, but its true that when we think we can do it, we will able to do it than we just think that we cant do it

i too strongly agree to this point . always one should positive . always think positive and be positive and remain in positive. negativity may come and go but success is always in the hands of positive person. always be aware of your conscious and have a faith in your conscious. of course it is over and above to be covered by the grace of god

yes i had a copy of this book in english and in my local language kannada.I usually read it and get some thoughts and apply.It is helping in getting to solve finacial,personal problems.

First of all I would like to wish you the luck for your new business opportunity.
You know I think this book by Napolean Hill was in the BestSellers list for 20 straight years(I do not know the exact number of years but I think its close to this figure).
Fortunately even I have a copy of this book, unfortunately I could not read it beyond the first chapter. Perhaps your post will motivate me to reopen the book again. But I think the one concept that is emphasised in the book is to be successful you need to have a group of like minded person who will share ideas, problems and solutions etc.
Even I was trying to explore some net venture, though nothing is concrete, perhaps your example will give me another push

Yes it helped me a lot, I am in your shoes too venturing into marketing and still finding the right marketing strategies that will work for me. There are times when I am nearly quitting, and I'll grab the book and read it and feed my mind with positive thoughts. Like quotes from the book that " A quitter never wins and a winner never quits". I even highlighted passages like that in my book and read it once in a while. You think if Ford quits in every failure,there will be any Ford automobiles now?

Napoleon Hill has made it possible to create more and more millionaires simply thru the impact of his book, Think and Grow Rich. A very inspiring masterpiece that help businessman boost their gross to the max. It helps creat new entrepreneurs and become effective to many. The power of leveraging time and effort is what it seems to be the key to its enormous success. I may personally add that "...the most difficult job is to do nothing, but don't just keep oneself busy with nonesense." Setting the book's power as the tool, needs consistency and diligence with matching flexibility on any approach, thereby getting oneself out of troubles doing nonesense.

I have seen books like this and tried to read a few but personally I think they are all full of crap. I get inspiration from other sources but if it works for you then use it.

i agree with the points in the book.i haven't read it but i am sure going to try to find it.such books are really a good possession for everybody.i think that faith in yourself and god will lead us to success.faith is the answer for every problem.

the book which you are referring to is seen by me but not read completly.sometimes such simple ideas in some books help a lot to inspire us in the life when real time of disappointment comes.the test of our willpower comes when such moment comes in our life.such books must be stored with us as it may change our life totaly.
