Uploading images relating to the discussions

Hii friends,
Can anyone please tell me how to upload te suitable image to the discussion we write to. okay let me put the point like this....For example if i am writing any discussion to any specific thing how to upload the image appropriate to that particular discussion.
Well appreciated if some one could advice me in this matter.

first you need to have at least 500 rating points for you to be allowed to upload photos or images with your discussions. and for you to maximize the use of mylot, take time to read the guidelines provided by mylot at the bottom of this page. good luck. greetings. : )
