cramming!

how many study hours before an exam does it take to be considered cramming? i used to study hours before an exam and still find it effective. is there a scientific explanation that proves that you won't be able to study well when you're under pressure?

Same here! I think I have already mastered the art of cramming! hehe not proud of that though. It all started when I entered college,I would study an hour before the exam,a day before a major exam(like the board exams that I took and fortunately passed),or worst,minutes before the exam,so I only get to scan thru the pages whenever that happens.But it really works for me. Maybe the adrenaline rush helps stimulate my brain and works better whenever I cram.hehe It's just that im only in the mood to study when I feel the time that I really do need to study,pressure works good for me.:)
