do u think reservations are necessary in the field of education??

absolutely they are a big mess.
i accept there are many backward castes.. but they must be encouraged with financial support...
In this competitive world world it would be hard to digest if we students lose the seat just because of reservation category.yes, students with high percentage of marks are not encouraged if he/she is an OC(other caste)..whle a student of minimum marks gets a seat in a repted college( BC ,SC &ST).
this is really unfair..

good question sesha but as far as i consern our country is a country with lots of caste will u accept it .. so the below caste people are being supressed till now in some villages so my opinion is the reservation in the field of education is neccessary to improve these people also... this is my personal opinion

Yes it is neccessary for country like India where there are still many villages which doesnt have electricity.
Since the oppurtunity for getting the job is purely on merit basis we need not worry on reservations with education.
Atleast let them get their right to learn :-)
