Why mostly women has to sacrifice career for the sake of he family?

This happens to almost all working women, when they plan to start a family. Do U think it is right or do u think husband also must have the same reponsibility like wife? What do u say?

Mothers nurtures their children and take care of their husband. Keeping and loving a family needs sacrifice and women are the best to care for the children and their husbands. Husbands have their own contribution in the family.

yes always women has to sacrifice.U r right.it happened with me too.I have to sacrifice my job as he got his transfer.Now i am sitting at home without anywork as i cant work in this country.I too have the same question y we have to sacrifice our career?
