That's a good question, but I doubt it has anything to do with fear. Assuming that God is perfect in creation, perhaps it is not possible to recreate perfection. Give him/her credit for trying and for creating something as interesting as the human body.

If god is so much perfect in creation then why does so many abnormal children are taking birth ?
