Do you have plans for New Years Eve? I like to say in my cozy little house. I am afraid to be on the roads.

This year I am staying home with my kids. I used to go out to the bar and celebrate but the past couple years I just decided to stay home. It is definately alot safer at home than on the roads with the drunks. I know I was one of those drunks on the road a few years back. I'm just glad nothing ever happened. Happy New Years to you.

My husband loves fireworks, so I'm sure we'll be going to one of the fireworks stands between now and New Year's and then on Sunday night we'll probably cook out on the grill and set off fireworks in the driveway.
Now that we have a child I'm not so interested in going out partying. However, it was a New Year's Eve party seven years ago (1999 to 2000) when we had one of our first official dates and our first kiss. I feel like it's that night I fell in love with him.
