Im petrified of rats

I have my own house in the suburb area. My house is infested with rats. i've tried many ways ofgetting rid of these monsters but have failed. I've used all kind of rat killers and even took help of Pest control guys. But all went in vail they will return after a few days. They have really created a huge mess they poke their dirty nose every where. One day i was cooking and found that i've grilled a rat in the microwave with my pie. They are everywhere i mean they eat the bedsheets, food items, everything. They sometimes even drink my beer which is left there for a minute. See this picture in which one was gulping on my Vodka. Unbelievable na but thei is what i am going through.
