I know it seems like a stupid wuestion but I was wondering if our earnings depend upon the quality of our writing. For instance, if we use "u" instead of "you" and "coz" instead of "because", will that make any difference? and can we use "......." these dots in our discussions?

That is a good question. I always try not to abbrievate just because I am so used to not being allowed to do it where I work.

thanks for replying :) It definitely is good not to use abbreviations and always use a formal expression; but on the internet it is always very tempting. Thats why i wanted to know if we can still earn the same way if we use abbreviations.

hi,i think anytype of marks, members may write,no problem upto the discussion and response mean is quality.ofcourse these short words are becoming common in computer language/mails.so there is nothing wrong and no effect on earnings till they follow the recent mylot rules.
