I have tried many weight loss stuff but nothing works like they say. And most of the pills and stuff aren't good for you. So what weight loss tips can you give? Has anyone out there had good results from not eating certain things? I've heard eating no bread will make you lose weight. My brother-in-law said he lost 17 pounds in a month by just doing that. I've also heard from a friend that not eating anything "white" made her lose alot of weight. So lets hear it from you all who have tried things and have worked for you!

Well, a while back I lost some weight by doing pilates. They were pretty simple excersises and didn't take but maybe 15 minutes day to get them done. I have heard that about bread too. I think doing that plus not drinking much soda should help do the trick. Oh yes, walking is also a great excersise! Take some music or a friend along and it will even be fun. ;)

I quit drinking soda and drank a lot more water and I lost a lot of weight in 4 months. Plus I exercised 4 times a week for a half hour
