Have you ever gotten out of getting a ticket?

So have you always taken the ticket without complaining cause you knew you was in the wrong. or did you argue and say the cop was blind, or did you do a lil flirtation to try to get out of getting the ticket,

Not really sure I did any of those..but right after I moved to AZ...I got pulled over, the cop asked if I knew why he stopped me, and I said no. He said I made a "California Stop" back at the stop sign. I had never heard that phrase before and was so confused..asked him how he knew I was California?? My face must have looked as confused as I felt and he laughed, explained to me that now that I am in AZ, I need to come to a complete stop before going on...didn't give me a warning or a ticket..Just suggested I re read the driving laws for AZ and that was it....I was so embarrassed..
