The Worlds most beautiful city?

Which city do you think is the most beautiful and why? I vote for Rio de Janeiro. Lots of bars (outside), beautiful beaches and beautiful girls.

I have never been there and haven't done any traveling outside the US. I am interested to hear what everyone thinks. Maybe I will get ideas for a vacation.
