Hey someone else must listen to Jimmy Buffet

I can't believe that I am the only one that admits they listen to Jimmy Buffet. I am from a colder climate, Canada's east coast and I appreciate visiting the south, especially when we have 4 feet of snow everywhere. My first visit to Florida was because of a Jimmy Buffet concert I attended on my 25th birthday. A friend, Loretta, and I loved the concert. The stage was covered in tropical plants and palm tress giving us the feeling we were not in Kansas anymore, as they say. So the next day March 10, still lots of snow and slush, Loretta and I bought tickets and left for Florida and sun. It was my first trip south and was the strangest thing I had ever experienced. To go from the freezing cold and snow and slowly watch as winter changed to spring and then summer. Pretty cool trip. Jimmy Buffet has been in my heart and very soul since that concert and that trip. Now that I play guitar, since I turned 47, so no excuses for not learning something new, I play lots of Jimmy's songs and teach them to my guitar friends and those that come to our jams just for the fun.
