why people have to do job?

can anybody suggest em why people have to do job as most of the human needs are naturally produced.when people can hatch it naturally why they has to do work for other ot get it why they can have it on their own.you can say the ocmpetition in the world which make them go out to work ,but what else hey are greedy,needy,love to work?
